Bobson Construction just completed an 18 x 18 foot family room on our home. They said it would be a three month job, and it came in three days short of their mark. 

My wife and I went with your company because you seemed sensitive to our wishes and feelings. You bent over backwards to meet our specifications. This was not true of the rep from the other company we talked to. Your architect was also sensitive and helpful. 

Throughout the job, there was always someone who was available. Whenever we brought a problem to your attention, you treated it as important. You never gave us an argument. You'd find a way to meet our expectations, usually with a better solution than we'd suggested. Your ability and pride in the work were always evident. You stressed throughout that no corners would or should be cut.

We are glad we chose Bobson to build this family room that meant so much to us.

I have not come across a business that has been as professional at every point of business. The representative was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable, the work crew was efficient and no mess was left when they were done with the roof. The office staff is wonderful, and made my family and I seem as if we were their only customers. 

The owner and staff can be very proud of their work ethic and quality in a world that seems not to have much of either. The payment plans are a big plus to many as they offer several plans to help get the work done. 

Bobson will be the first company contacted to come out and give an estimate for future work. I have enjoyed my experience with Bobson and will be a loyal customer in the future.

I hired Bobson Construction to build an all-season room to my specifications. This was a complicated project since I had purchased the windows prior to construction.

The salesperson (Tim) explained how difficult it would be to match all my window specifications to walls that were not built or to a new roof line which had not been designed to accommodate the necessary spacing required. With all the difficulties sited, Tim's final words were "we can do it".

The people that did the work were polite, hard working, and were on the job when they said they would be. Marcus took care of all details and any questions I had while Tim would follow up by making sure we were happy with the completion of each phase.

The total time the project took to complete was three weeks and add another 5 days for all the inspections by the city, Marcus and his people met our goal of completion prior to the Christmas holidays.

Mr. Miller, you have very good people working for you and we would highly recommend your company anytime. I can see why you have been in business for such a long time.

Dear Mr. Miller,

We chose Bobson Construction when we decided to add a sun room to our home because we wanted the work done right the 'first time'. We believe our choice was correct. The project was an 18ft x 12ft sunroom, a relatively small job, but, as you are aware, municipal permits and inspections were necessary. And subcontractors had to be hired, scheduled and supervised, just as on any larger job.

Everything was first class.

We would be remiss not to mention the assistance Dan gave us from the start. He contributed much in guiding us toward the final design and we were impressed by his professionalism. Most important, we felt that he was trustworthy.

My name is Ella. After purchasing my new home, I realized it was not equipped to handle the special needs of my son who is a disabled veteran. I contacted several companies to assist me. None of them gave me the competitive pricing and quality I demand. Bobson was the only construction company that was able to give me a fair price with the guarantee of quality materials and excellent workmanship. I have had a total of 4 individual projects done for my son by Bobson. I have been extremely pleased with the work of everyone involved from start to finish.

At the start of each new project, I met with the architect. I explained the needs of my son to him. I am convinced that he is a genius. He was able to make sure all of the additions served the needs of my son, and still was able to maintain the integrity of my existing home. Because of his expertise, you cannot tell where the additions begin and the original construction ends.

Supervising every job was the project manager, Marcus , he made sure every detail was done to perfection. Thanks to Marcus' action, every job was completed on time. From the start to clean-up, I never worried about my home, because I knew my home was in good hands.

I would like to thank everyone at Bobson for the beautiful work; Dan, Marcus, the receptionists, the carpenters, cement workers, electricans, plumbers, brick workers, drywallers, the clean-up crews - everyone did their part to help make sure my home is now accessible and comfortable for my son Jessie.

I finally have the home I always wanted for my family, but I also have the home my disabled son deserves.

I would also like to thank you,  Mr. Miller and your son Richard for bringing together so many talented people and for operating such a wonderful company. I know my son, Jessie, will enjoy his apartment, music room, and his arch with over-hang, which will protect him from the sun and elements, as well as his walkway, patio,and rails. Hello.

I am sending Bobson Construction this note to tell you what a great job you did on our new windows. We had much larger windows installed in our sunroom replacing smaller pretty useless ones. Bobson was careful and thorough replastering the walls and putting in the window sills. The walls are smooth; the entire job neat and finished. Also, kudos to the man who reinstalled the vinyl siding outside. The sunroom looks great. Good job and thanks!
